Focus On Your Goals
We offer training in No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, MMA, and Wrestling. Each discipline is tailored to improve not just your fighting abilities but also your mindset, persistence, and overall fitness. Our Dojo is more than a place to train; it’s a place to grow.
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a fast-paced grappling art where you don’t wear a traditional kimono (Gi). It’s like wrestling on the ground but with added techniques such as fighting from your back. Control is achieved using your arms and legs as hooks rather than grabbing fabric.
What you need to train:
• Rashguard
• Shorts (without pockets!)
• Advisable: MouthguardKickboxing focuses on combining punches and kicks. We offer one kickboxing weekly class focused on maintaining skills and light sparring. We prioritise sparring games and light sparring to reduce stress, allowing you to focus on skill maintenance.
What you need to train:
• Kickboxing gloves (minimum 14oz)
• Shin guards
• Mouthguard
• Advisable: Groin protectorWrestling is all about takedowns and throws, but we teach a style that complements Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. You’ll learn techniques with an emphasis on avoiding counter submissions, making it highly effective for grappling-based disciplines.
What you need to train:
• Rashguard
• Shorts (without pockets!)
• Advisable: MouthguardNo experience? No problem! Whether you’re a total beginner or have some background, our classes are designed to accommodate all levels. Our friendly coaches and community will help you feel comfortable and progress at your own pace.
Each martial art has specific gear requirements (see above), but for your first class:
• Wear athletic clothes (a compression shirt and shorts are ideal).
• Bring water and a towel.
• Wear flip-flops off the mat.We focus on safe and technical training in a friendly environment. Whether you want to compete, get fit, or just learn something new, we’ll help you achieve your goals while having fun.
It’s simple! Contact us to schedule your first class, or drop by to check out our Dojo. We recommend starting with a beginner-friendly class, such as No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu or Kickboxing.
Not at all! While sparring is a valuable part of learning, you’re always in control of your training. If you prefer to focus on drills and technique, that’s perfectly fine.
Absolutely! In fact, training multiple disciplines, like MMA or combining Wrestling with Jiu-Jitsu, will make you a more well-rounded martial artist.
Absolutely! We’re proud of the friendly, supportive vibe in our gym. The focus here is on technique, not brute strength, so everyone has the chance to learn and improve at their own pace. You’ll always be paired with training partners who respect you and help you grow.
