Gi Jiu-Jitsu

The grappling art where you wear a kimono aka a Gi. The Gi changes the dynamics of grappling because of the strong controls this suit offers. This discipline tends to be a bit slower than No–Gi because you can hold your opponent more easily. All the gripping variations also give you so many attacking options that being on your back on the mat isn’t a disadvantage. After getting strong fundamentals every Jiu-Jitsu athlete creates, due to the many options the gi offers, his own style.

For this training you need: Gi, belt, advisable: mouthguard
