Kickboxing is the striking art where you combine punches and kicks. We are fully aware of the impact strikes to the head can have on the brain, that’s why we are really strict on sparring playfully and we also match training partners on size. Our training is structured around learning skills. During a whole week this skill will be the focus of the drills and sparring. Because you spar light, you don’t experience stress and you can actually try it and learn during the sparring. On Friday night we have a specific training for the ones that want to spar harder.

For this training you need: kickboxing gloves (minimum 14oz), shin guards, mouthguard. Advisable: groin protector.
